With only one weight (two clubs of the same weight), this is a minimum of 10 weeks of training.

Using the new Wildman Delta Clubs, or Wildman ADEX clubs, you now have the ability to “micro-load” your clubs to slowly, and safely move up in weight.

Until now, most people couldn’t survive this type of training due to the limited availability of equipment or poor training programs.

  • ✔ Double Club Program: Follow along 20 minute workouts + warmups & cool-downs
  • ✔ AB Program: Daily bodyweight ab-building medicine
  • ✔ Indian Club Program: low-impact mobility training
  • ✔ Years of training in one subscription

Program Affordability

A CrossFit membership costs $200 to $300 a month. That's up to $3,600 a year, or $18,000 over five years, and you still don't own anything.

With this program you only pay $33 a month for over 100+ workouts and daily training regime you can you from home

Your clubs are yours. They fit anywhere you train. No commute, no membership, no expiration date.

Traditional steel clubs come in one fixed weight. The Delta Club uses Wildman Delta Weights, precision add-ons that screw onto the top of the club, to give you four weight settings per club instead of one.

One 15lb Delta Club becomes a 15, 16.25, 17.5, and 18.75lb club. Buy the 15, 20, and 25lb Delta Clubs together and you have 12 weight settings: three to six years of progressive training in a set that fits in the corner of any room.

Most programs measure progress one way: did the number go up? That's not how the human body works. Movement patterns adapt differently than muscle, and strength cycles differently than endurance.

Each program in The Wildman Method runs on its own engineered timeline: heavier, then lighter, then heavier again, always climbing. Tiny weight jumps, repeated consistently, produce results fixed weights can't match.

No plateaus. No wasted sessions. No guesswork.

The average American pays $687 a month for health insurance in 2026, or $8,244 a year, and that number has risen 77% in five years. Over a lifetime, the average American spends more than $400,000 on healthcare.

The entire Wildman Athletica library costs less than a single year of coverage. Training doesn't replace healthcare, but people who train consistently spend less time in the system. Movement is medicine.

Phase III: EXPLORE

Training freedom through movement. PHASE III is where training stops being the point and becomes the tool. The goal of training is not to live in a gym. This phase exists to prepare you for life outside four walls.

PHASE III is about:

Adventure |Exploration|Preparedness |Expression

FREE YOURSELF FROM THE GYM
PHASE III removes dependence on facilities and schedules. Training supports travel, competition, and exploration.

PHASE III is for people who:

  • Have restored their body
  • Have built a deep foundation
  • Want strength to support experiences, not routines
  • Value readiness over optimization

PHASE III assumes:

  • You move well
  • You are structurally sound
  • You have spent years building fundamentals

You are no longer training for training. You train so you can say yes to opportunities, explore without hesitation, and move confidently in the world.

Apply strength to life. Train for freedom.
PHASE III is where training becomes the tool, not the goal. Training changes constantly so the body never adapts to one narrow demand.

Primary goals:

  • Be ready for anything
  • Train outside the gym
  • Restore the adventurous part of life

We are constantly adding workouts and programs to PHASE III. It's meant to be intentionally non-repeating so your body learns how to adapt.

PHASE III training is intentionally non-repeating. Programs change constantly so your body cannot adapt. This builds broad preparedness and mental flexibility.
TOOLS OF PHASE III
PHASE III primarily uses:

  • Double kettlebells
  • Double clubs

These tools allow fundamental human movement patterns to be expressed under constantly changing demands. They work everywhere without dependence on a gym.

BEYOND FUNDAMENTALS What some call metcon or constant variation, PHASE III frames as intentional chaos.

FAQs

Phase III is where training stops being the point and becomes the tool. Instead of training just to get better at training, you use your strength and capacity to be ready for life, adventure, travel, and the unexpected.

Phase III is built around freedom, exploration, preparedness, and expression. The goal is simple: apply the strength you've built to the real world.

Phase III is designed for people who have already built a strong foundation and want to use that strength outside the gym.

  • People who move well and have built solid fundamentals
  • Athletes who want training to support their other pursuits
  • People who travel, explore, compete, or spend time outdoors
  • People who value readiness over perfect optimization
  • Anyone who wants to stay strong without being tied to a gym schedule

Phase III assumes you've already put in the work to build your foundation in earlier training.

Phase III is designed as the expression of the strength and capacity built through the earlier phases.

Phase I restores movement and structure. Phase II builds the strength, capacity, and fundamental movement patterns that support long-term training. Phase III takes those abilities and applies them to constantly changing demands.

If you haven't built that foundation yet, Phase I or Phase II may be a better place to start.

Phase II is about building the foundation through deliberate, measurable progression. Phase III is about expressing that foundation through constantly changing training.

Phase II builds the athlete. Phase III gives that athlete more freedom to explore.

Instead of repeating the same training patterns indefinitely, Phase III introduces changing demands so your body learns to adapt.

Phase III training is intentionally non-repeating. Workouts and programs change constantly rather than asking your body to adapt to one narrow demand.

The goal isn't random exercise for the sake of being random. It's intentional variation that develops broad preparedness and mental flexibility.

New workouts and programs are continually added to the Phase III library.

Phase III is a growing collection of training programs designed around exploration, preparedness, and constantly changing demands.

The subscription includes access to the Phase III programs as they are added and developed, including double kettlebell, double club, and bodyweight training.

New workouts are continually added so the system can continue to evolve with you.

Phase III primarily uses portable training tools that allow you to train without depending on a traditional gym.

  • Double kettlebells
  • Double heavy clubs
  • Bodyweight training

Equipment requirements vary by program. Some Phase III workouts require no equipment at all, while others use portable tools that can be trained with at home, outdoors, or while traveling.

Phase III is designed to keep evolving. New workouts and programs are continually added to the system rather than giving you a fixed collection that eventually runs out.

The subscription gives you access to that growing library as Wildman continues to build and release new training.

More training. More variation. More ways to prepare for whatever comes next.

Yes. Getting you out of dependence on a gym is one of the central ideas behind Phase III.

The training is designed to support travel, exploration, competition, and everyday life. Portable equipment and bodyweight programs make it possible to train at home, outdoors, on the road, or wherever life takes you.

  • Be ready for anything
  • Train outside the gym
  • Apply strength to real life
  • Build broad physical preparedness
  • Develop the ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Restore the adventurous part of life

The ultimate goal is to train for freedom — so your training helps you say yes to more opportunities instead of keeping you tied to a routine.

Yes. Phase III is designed to support the rest of your life rather than compete with it.

You can use Phase III alongside other sports, outdoor activities, martial arts, running, cycling, yoga, or additional strength training. The constantly changing nature of the system makes it useful as a complement to other physical pursuits.
